Starlight Re:Volver Preview – Dive In

Featuring an online social world inspired by Japanese aesthetics, Pahdo Labs’ Starlight Re:Volver features secrets, treasures, and adventures just waiting to be explored.
Gamers Heroes recently got a chance to dive into Starlight Re:Volver as part of a media event – see what’s to come with our preview.
Starlight Re:Volver Preview – Dive In
Drawn to stone-cold classics like MapleStory and Ragnarok Online, the team at Pahdo labs is on a mission with the release of Starlight Re:Volver to create “memorable anime worlds that capture fans hearts”
On that note, the development team Pahdo Labs stated that they are led by authenticity, purpose, and whimsy. In creating this game, they wanted to not follow trends, and tell a story that only they can tell – like a true sentai warrior!
On that note, Starlight Re:Volver has been designed as a labor of love, transporting players to the idyllic Nishi Island Metropolis (or NIM for short). They’ve got the tunes and the cred to go along with these paradise vibes – we’re talking Sarah Bonito (of Kero Kero Bonito fame) and LilyPichu.
There are plenty of things to do in paradise, including hoverboarding, fishing, stargazing, and even arcade games like Pop Pop Bunny for those who want to game while they game.
No matter what activity one chooses, they’ll be able to track their findings in your Diver’s Codex as they set out to earn their Diver’s License.
From there, Starlight Re:Volver has players diving into rule-bent dream worlds called So Mi packed with whimsy and adventure in equal measure. From there, players will squad up and fight through the most fantastical challenges – and be handsomely rewarded for their efforts, of course.
On that note, one’s magical team in Starlight Re:Volver definitely comes in play. Putting on our corporate hat, we’ll drop the “synergy” buzzword – players can vary things up by having teammates go up-close or long-range, in turn being damage-dealing or support-focused.
Starlight Re:Volver is setting out to provide a magical world full of whimsy and flavor, one just begging to be Dived into.
Set to hit Steam Early Access, all those interested in Starlight Re:Volver can wishlist the title via its official Steam page – a demo is now available!
