If you choose A Dignified Execution<\/strong>
\nSichfrith agrees with this but Barid says it’s not worth the bother. He decides to confiscate Thorstein’s land and silver, and banishes him from Dublin. Afterwards his son and Eivor question his choice and Barid explains it was to win favor with the king.<\/p>\n

If you choose A Brutal Death<\/strong>
\nEivor suggests a brutal death is the best solution to dealing with Thorstein. Barid’s son is all for this idea, but Barid is not. Barid disagrees and decides to exile Thorstein, banishing him from Dublin and confiscating all his wealth.<\/p>\n

If you choose A Display of Cruelty<\/strong>
\nBarid agrees and decides the fitting punishment is exile, sending Thorstein away and confiscating his goods.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, the decision doesn’t seem to have much impact on the story.<\/p>\n
