What Is The Kuku Iron Pot For & How To Use It In Crimson Desert

The Kuku Iron Pot is one of the more unique and equally confusing items in Crimson Desert. It’s a reward for completing the first stage of Chapter IV and promises near infinite storage, but that’s not quite accurate.

The Kuku Iron Pot in Crimson Desert is a vital component for players as they dive further into the game, as it has a unique feature that lets it store Abyss-related materials.

You cannot move items from your inventory into the Kuku Pot, and it cannot be used to store any items except those that belong in the Abyss.

These are commonly found after defeating Abyss or machine-based enemies, they can also be found during some puzzles and specific secret locations in the game.

The Kuku Iron Pot allows the player to use the Axiom grab ability and then Y or Triangle to store the item in the pot. Items can be removed from the Kuku Iron Pot by “Using” it from the inventory screen, which opens the Kuku Iron Pot’s inventory, and then selecting the “Discard” option on the desired item.

This will drop it nearby. Players can then use the Axiom ability to move and place these items. Some help with puzzles but most are used as late-game crafting materials for fantastical machines or technologies.
