How To Pickpocket In Crimson Desert

Pickpocketing is one of the many illegal activities you can do in Crimson Desert, but the mechanics are a little complicated at first glance. In this guide, we’ll explain everything you need to know to pickpocket.

Firstly, as pickpocketing is an illegal activity in Crimson Desert, you’re going to need an item that allows criminal activity, such as the mask. Once you’ve got the mask, you’re all set.

With your mask equipped, you’re ready to pick some pockets. It’s a tricky system as you need to pick a target and then bump into them. Run at them with some pace and hit them intentionally – not with an attack, just with your movement.

This will cause the target to stumble back and usually make some rude remark. At this point, while looking at the target, you should see the pickpocket option appear, it’s Square/X on controller.

Kliff will then attempt to steal any items the person has on them. You can avoid getting caught stealing anything with the epic item Great Thief’s Gloves.
